Abs - I'm still a little unhappy with my abs, but they'll come along.


Crab Most Muscular - This usually wasn't one of my fave poses, but the addition of some traps on my shoulders has probably changed that!


Dickerson MM - I love this pose, and not too many people do this. I borrowed the pose from BB'ing great Chris Dickerson, and have used it as a trademark ever since!


Double Bi - Not one of my stronger poses. I need to flare the lats more. My abs are finally showing in the pose, but not as deep as I would like.


Rear Double Bi - I am happy with this pose, as I got told I'm getting too damn big to fit in the camera! That's usually a GOOD sign!


Rear Lat Spread - Not too much detail yet, but I'm wider than last year.

Side Triceps Shot - My Go-To Guy's Favorite recent pose of mine. I have to admit, I've improved the Tris from last year, and that's making this pose come off much better.
