Side chest: Normally, I HATE this pose, but it looks good here. My chest is still too flat, and needs to be held higher. Legs look good, but still needs some more cuts.

Side Serratus: What can I say? I own this pose (just kidding). Really, not too much to complain about, but if anyone sees anything that I missed, please write me!

Real Lat spread: Definitely wide... Detail is starting to show, much to my delight.

Rear Double biceps: Shoulders and Traps look good, all three heads are cut. Lower back has it's christmas tree, and calves look good. Hamstrings still need work, and lats need to be flared a little more.

Front Lat Spread: I let my legs relax, but the abs are starting to show in this pose, and the vascularity is showing in the arms and shoulders, even without pumping up for the pictures. My lower lats need work.

Front double biceps: Much improved, my abs are definitely evident without even flexing them. Arms could stand to be better defined, but overall it's coming along nicely.

Dickerson Most Muscular: Left shoulder in particular is showing good striations and cuts, leg looks full, and abs look hard. Not too much bad to say about this pose

Crab Most Muscular: Legs weren't flexed hard enough, but the upper body looks hard. Chest could have been a little more pumped, but the striations are a very evident.

Abs and thighs: Much improved over last week. Lower abs still a little soft, but I'm definitely hardening up. Thighs need some more work.

Side Triceps: Ok, Best for last... My Go-To Guy's (Mike Allen, my webmaster and general main critic) favorite pose. It's still improving, but the hamstrings look soft still. Chest also looks flat. That needs work. Sorry GTG, I'll do better!

Addendum

I'm doing pretty good for still being well over a month until my first contest. I apprecaiate the comments I have been getting in the mail, good and bad, to help me fine tune my physique. This progression page is a tool, for both myself and my visitors, to see what we can accomplish in this contest diet. THANKS!
