Abs and thighs: "Abs are a lot tighter, and the etched in stone look is back. Thighs could be a little more cut."


Crab Most Muscular: "As far as aesthetics go, this is an ugly pose. But I'm looking hard and dry, just maybe not as full as I'd like to be. Keep in mind I haven't really carbed up for a week!"


Dickerson Most Muscular: "Why do I have a feeling Mike is going to make this the new front page photo? :-) Good cuts, good striations, nice fullness, and I smiled too!"


Front Double Biceps: "Nice and hard. Lower lats need to be flared more, but that's a posing error, not a deficiency in my physique... but keep in mind that counts onstage!"


Lat Spread: "My back wasn't arched enough, so this doesn't look too good. I need to move the hands a little higher."


Rear Double Biceps: "I've lost a little size, but I knew that was going to happen. I've retained the definition, and the lower back looks especially cut at the moment."


Rear Lat Spread: "The light washed me out, but you can still see some of the definition. Of course, I've lost a little fullness, but that's to be expected at this stage of the game."


Side Serratus: "Looks good, the intercostals are definitely there and the abs are still pronounced."


Side Triceps: "The tri looks flat, I don't think I pumped it up enough. "



Addendum
"At this point in my preparation, I'll be concentrating a lot on my total presentation. I need to make sure that I hit every pose correctly, make it look easy, and have the right tan, trunks, routine, etc. And to generally make sure nothing goes wrong! I honestly am tan right now, but the lighting was harsh. Also, by request, I am now going blond for the upcoming shows. Over the next few weeks, you'll get a look into the package I'll be presenting onstage."
