Abs and thighs: "Nice and tight abs, legs are holding a little water. Size is Ok, but I'm a little flat."


Crab Most Muscular: "Very hard looking, but I'm not very full... You'll hear me complaining of this a lot until I get fully loaded before the contest. My vascularity is excellent."


Dickerson Most Muscular: "Vascularity in the shoulders is outstanding, Abs are satisfactory. Chest needs to be fuller, but should look better after a carb loading session."


Front Double Biceps: "Oddly enough, this is my favorite pose this weekend. I like the way this looks, sharp exagerated V-taper, well defined abs and intercostals, and nice high chest."


Lat Spread: "My back wasn't arched enough, so this doesn't look too good. I need to move the hands a little higher."


Rear Double Biceps: "Of course, I have lost a little size over the last few weeks in the back as I've lost my bodyfat, but I'm still happy with these results. My back has come a long way!"


Rear Lat Spread: "Well defined, wide-enough back. I'd always like it to be wider, but is an improvement."


Side Chest: "Very vascular shoulders, tight, but flat chest. Good, but not my best pose."


Side Serratus: "I failed to blow out all of my air, so the intercostals aren't as sharp as I'd like. I promise to do better next week."

"I have a little oil on this week, and have now been tanning for a few weeks. As I said earlier, my contests are coming soon. My workouts have been intense and I'm focused on taking home some titles this September!"
