Abs and thighs: "Nice and tight abs, legs are holding a little water. Size is Ok, but I'm a little flat."
Crab Most Muscular: "Probably my favorite pose this weekend, The shoulders look like bowling balls on my frame, and thearms look full. Although washed out by the sun, my chest has an "extra" divide in it now."
Dickerson Most Muscular: "Nothing bad to say here either. Chest looks full, I'm very cut, particularly in the shoulder region. Nice and tight."
Front Double Biceps: "Ok, now as happy as I was with this pose last week is how unhappy I am this week. I look flat and the lats aren't flared near enough. I don't look full at all!"
Front Lat Spread: "Not bad, but I'm not arched enough STILL! My thumbs kept slipping on the oil when I tried to flare, but I've got to get over this because I wear the oil onstage!"
Rear Double Biceps: "I liked the way this turned out, good christmas tree at the lower back, and some CRAZY detail in the upper/middle back! Only drawback, the hams look soft and a slight pocket under my, ummm, glutes."
Rear Lat Spread: "Excellent! I like the fact that I've managed to hold onto most of my width through the diet. Good detail on the outer lats, maybe could use a bit more depth. Christmas tree still shows in this pose."
Side Chest: "This turned out better than I expected. Not one of my better poses, I've made a concentrated effort on improving this one all the way around. Good definition, good vascularity, and it's been called "gross" (a plus in my book)."
Side Serratus: "Sigh... this could of been better if I'd used the sun better. I'm shadowed, but from what I can see, it looks good. My scar "puckers" my chest a bit, but not much I can do about that... I kbow, it looks like gyno, but I had a tumor operation there when I was born, and the scar tissue is extraordinary!"
Side Triceps: "This pose alone makes this weekend! I see nothing to nit-pick... the calves look good, the legs are tight, my tris are hard, and the shoulders freaky... hell, even the chest looks good!"
Addendum
"Only two weeks, not a lot of time left before the first contest. I really don't have much time to make HUGE improvements to my presentation, but you'll be amazed at how much I can change as far as my water levels and tightness in just a few days prior to the contest. I have to stop and thank everyone again for visiting so often, providing me with feedback, and helping me to further my chances some over-all titles this Fall! Thanks again everyone!"
