Side Triceps. My relative lack of tan hurts me, but so far so good. The triceps look flat, but I'll fix that soon if my training progresses as well as it has been. The shoulder in this shot is actually the one that is injured. |

Rear Double Biceps. The back of my arms looks smooth as a baby's butt. I'm making that a priority. The beginnings of a Christmas tree already though is promising. |

Abs and Thighs. I know, I know... where's the thighs? I'll have them in the shot next week, and make sure I have shorts on that show them. The abs are kind of smooth, but at least evident. Those I have no fear will come along quickly. |
