Finally I get to go outside, at 163 pounds, and get some photos in some real light. I didn't position myself well for all of the photos, but I think you'll get a better idea of my progress. The next 5 weeks should be insane, as I feel I must REALLY increase the cardio and bust my hump. My abs aren't as sharp as they should be, and I need more vascularity. Next week should be an intense improvement over this week, as this week is over last week.
