Seven Weeks Out

We had to take these photos inside due to inclement weather. They have served a very good purpose in making me realize how much work I have to do. So stop in frequently. There WILL be some serious improvements!

Abs & Thighs


Still not what I'm looking for. The small pouch near the lower abs is distracting, and that's got to go. Extra cardio for me! Thighs are coming along, not shredded yet.
Crab Most Muscular


Much thicker than I expected, but the cuts need to be etched in. The shoulders need to come up a little too.
Hands on Hip
Most Muscular


I DEFINITELY need to sharpen my abs! It's one of my trademarks and I won't be happy until they look like granite!
Lat Spread


Not bad, it will look better when my waist reduces and the V is more prominent. My lats weren't very pumped either.
Rear Double Biceps


The pic is too blurry for me to really tell much.My hamstrings look like they need some work though.
Side Chest


Decent, but I need to get cut up some more... the shape is there, but not the cuts.
Side Serratus


Soft, somewhat blurry, but you can already see the development coming along.
Side Triceps


A poor photo, but this pose looks pretty good. Again, my main gripe is my lack of deep seperation and cuts.
