Three weeks out and I'm starting to get a little nervous. It's been a year and a half since I did this, and I've understandably got some concerns about my conditioning. The diet gets even more intense these last 2 crucial weeks prior to the carb down/carb up phase of the game leading into the show.
All in all, I'm very happy with my condition. I wieghed in at 155lbs this morning and should be a much lesser bodyfat % than I was last week even. I'm now working on those fine details that separate the top contenders with the also rans. Look in next week to see if I'm successful!"
