PULLOVERS

A lot of people view this as a chest exercise, but I findthat it stresses my lats more.  Lying on a bench, grasp a barbell witha shoulder width grip.  Bend the elbows slightly to keep stress off ofthe joint.  Lower the weight in an arc behind your head, concentratingon the lats stretching.  Lower as far as possible, then reverse themovement back to the starting position, keeping tension on the lats atall times.
