I don't know how many of you are familiar with the Debbie Green 5K Run/Walk for Leukemia, but it is an annual race held in Wheeling WV by local resident Ron Green in memory of his sister Debbie Green who lost her courageous battle with Leukemia in April of 1972. Ron was too young to feel helpful at that time, and now holds the race to benefit local children with leukemia that need love and support, just as Debbie did years ago. To find out more, visit my Debbie Green page here.

"I just can't seem to get into shape..."; "I really don't have the time to exercise...";"Bodybuilders have to train all day to look like they do...". I hear statements like this on a daily basis. Most people do not really know what it takes to get in shape, and stay in shape. I guess if you were to ask the one thing that I want to achieve with this site, it's to educate people on how they too can achieve the seemingly unattainable goal of a hard, chiseled physique.
After eight years of competitive bodybuilding, and several more years of recreational lifting, I've learned many techniques which I can use to help you. If applied correctly, you can use these techniques and achieve the same level of conditioning that I have.
My current stats, are as follows:
Age: 35
Height: 5'5''
Weight (contest): 150 lbs
Weight (off season): 185 lbs
Neck: 16 1/2
Chest: 45 1/2"
Waist: 26"
Upper Arms: 16"
Upper Legs: 24"
Calves: 16"
The audience that I wish to reach with my website is mostly natural bodybuilders, but I want to make it meaningful and useful for any bodybuilder. I'm a member of the ONBF (Ohio Natural Bodybuilding Federation) and OCB (Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders) and have been natural for life. My goals are ever changing, but the one thing that will not change is my desire push myself to exceeding higher goals in the world of competitive bodybuilding. Click here to check my growing Contest History.
It is my personal mission to help anyone I can to experience the changes and development that I have, as well as the rewards and respect that a healthy, muscular physique can procure for you! I hope to help other bodybuilders realize their potential, and want to make it easy for beginners to contact me for advice and general correspondence.
Thanks a lot for the visit. I hope you’ll bookmark my site and come again.

Any one who has visited my site in the past knows that a few years back I injured my shoulder playing Flag Football with some friends. Initially, it was diagnosed as a sprain, or strain, and I received physical therapy and standard cortisone shots. For the last few years I've trained on the shoulder, hoping it would just get better, but it never did. On September 15th, 2005, I had arthroscopic surgery on my left shoulder to repair what turned out to be my torn and damaged labram and to tighten my shoulder capsule. «more»
